
I’m a land and development broker focused on Eastside infill properties. Most of the properties I work with are traditional single-family lots — but recent zoning changes have added new layers of flexibility and complexity, from ADUs and DADUs to potential lot splits and increased density allowances.
With those changes layered on top of existing site constraints — utilities, access, critical areas, configuration — there’s often a meaningful gap between what’s allowed on paper and what’s actually feasible. I help owners understand what they really have, how builders are evaluating similar properties, and then position the property properly within the broader builder market so they’re not dependent on just one buyer’s perspective.
For 32 years, I focused my efforts on helping several of the nation's best real estate development companies develop quality, profitable real estate assets as a development executive for The Koll Company, Shea Homes, Archstone Communities, Intracorp, Centex Homes, and Pulte Homes. Since 1994, I have been happy to focus my real estate development skills on residential land here in the Puget Sound - land acquisition, land sale, land valuation, acquisition feasibility, land development management. Since 2012, Anderson Land Company has been focused on helping land owners bring their property to market - assisting with reviewing the highest and best use for the land, and assembling the right team if needed to secure development approvals, prior to bringing the property to market so as to maximize land value. Our primary focus is residential land oriented towards development - single family, multi-family, subdivision and in-fill. I love what I do.
